A lifelong love
Growing up in Los Angeles, Ian was immersed in the entertainment industry from an early age. Fascinated by the collaborative effort it takes to bring stories to life, he has gained hands-on experience in a variety of on-set roles, including Set Production Assistant (A.D. Production Assistant), Talent Production Assistant, and several days as a Stage/Floor Manager. These roles have provided Ian with an understanding and a genuine love of every aspect of the production process.
Ian is currently part of the team on Season 20 of America’s Got Talent, where he serves as Assistant to the Producers. This role allows him to contribute to one of the most dynamic productions in unscripted television while continuing to refine his skills.
Ian thrives on the fast-paced and ever-evolving nature of being on set and is fully committed to building a meaningful, long-term career in entertainment. His approach is guided by core values:
